Flytrex and Walmart are closely considering collaborating on a drone delivery program where the two will join forces. The plan is to review whether safe, cost-effective deliveries can be made by drone. It’s been reported that the companies launched the program in Fayetteville, NC. There, people can download an app to see if their homes are eligible to participate in the program.

The companies say drone deliveries may keep people socially distanced, reducing crowding at stores. Flytrex had reportedly been working with other companies prior to the COVID-19 pandemic before partnering with Walmart.
